Appointment and Cancellation Policy:

To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.
Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.
We are a baby-friendly, breast feeding friendly environment, but we ask that mobile children remain accompanied by an adult when not receiving services to guarantee their safety.
Only registered service animals are allowed into the salon during business hours.
We realize and welcome that you may wish to change to a different stylist due to schedule changes, pricing, or to gain a new perspective- Our entire salon receives continuous training and education together as a team and we believe in servicing our clients as a team. If for any reason you wish or need to see a different stylist at The Hive Salon, we encourage you to do so and can help refer you to another stylist who fits your needs.
Services:
Client satisfaction is important to us! If you have questions or concerns about a service you are getting or have received please do not hesitate to reach out to us at ediane@crawfordglam.com, or (858) 866-8170. Monetary refunds will not be made for hair services rendered, however we will happily make adjustments to the original service upon approval of your stylist. Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment; most corrective color processes require multiple visits, because of this color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments.
Model services are not eligible for future adjustments.
Credits from color consultations will only be honored at the first booking, within 30 days of the original consult. Because each stylist approaches color and cutting differently, we cannot transfer color consultation credits and notes to another stylist.
Purchases
Returns on retail items will be given store credit only, no cash refunds. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be returned. All sales are final and are not available for later adjustments.
We only accept returns on Hair Extensions or products that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Crawford Glam By Bellami Hair Extensions are specially packaged and sealed with a security seal to identify if the extensions have been taken out of the packaging. The security seals must be intact; extensions must be in its original packaging. If the main package has been opened, the return and refund will not be accepted, for sanitary purposes.
